SCC’s commitment is to ensure that the services, materials, and installations it provides, in the provision and delivery of SCC's Services and Construction Projects for the Construction Industry, satisfy their specified requirements, are delivered on time, on budget, and are defect-free. SCC also guarantees that these services follow all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including with respect to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Ethical matters.

The skill and capability set of our divisions and allies is such that they can be transferred within SCC to meet the changing demands of our project workload. Construction teams are provided with modern, up-to-date tools and equipment for improved productivity and quality workmanship. Our loyal network of Allies of subcontractors and suppliers can be mobilized to respond quickly to meet construction deadlines.
To translate its vision into a reality, SCC has adopted the strategy of building a construction consortium with other construction contractors and subcontractors in the kingdom. We envision ourselves to be a pioneer in providing practical construction solutions from the conceptual to the completion phase for any type of project regardless of its type and size.

Safe Construction Co. has an experienced management team/stakeholders with combined experience in construction, business, and industry exceeding 40 years. This team always employs and directs a considerable number of qualified trade professionals to ensure that your building projects are delivered with top-quality workmanship and materials as well as all aspects of the construction meet or exceed the highest international standard.
We are flexible in our project management approach as we are always keen to tailor our performance to suit our client-specific requirements if it is following the highest standards of Safety and quality. We enjoy a very flat organizational hierarchy with our top management always being accessible to the construction team and their clients.
Every SCC project is allocated a dedicated delivery team including a planner, Construction Project Manager, Site Manager, and Quantity Surveyor. The nominated delivery team is supported by our top management, our Business Development Manager, and our Health and Safety Manager.
We nominate the appropriate team for each project based on complexity and understanding of the interpersonal relationships that need to be maintained for an effective outcome. We are always keeping our database of professionals on call ready and updated. In case the need arises to employ more technical professionals to assemble new teams for many projects, we move on immediately in order to save time. We are always readjusting the size of our workforce based on our current and forecasted needs.
